Manufacturing & Black Nitrided finish
Supertech valves are forged, precision-machined, heat-treated and ground before receiving a Superfinish surface treatment. The Black Nitrided treatment covers the entire valve and is designed to improve surface hardness and wear resistance while reducing friction between the stem and valve guide. A hardened tip completes the design.
