2. Applicability
These terms apply to all offers and any distance contracts concluded with Ge-Tech Engineering.

3. Prices and Payment
All prices include VAT. Payments are processed via Shopify Payments.

4. Delivery
Delivery occurs within 3–7 working days after order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

6. Complaints
Complaints can be submitted to shop.getech@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 14 days.

7. Applicable Law
Only Belgian law applies to all agreements.
