Refund policy

### Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement sent to:

After notifying us of your withdrawal, the goods must be returned within 14 days. Unless otherwise agreed, the direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer. We will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of our standard delivery method, within 14 days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you provide proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first. Any additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery method will not be refunded.

### Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are manufactured according to the customer’s individual specifications or that are clearly personalised. This includes, for example, custom-machined components, parts manufactured according to customer-provided dimensions, drawings, CAD files or specifications, and other products specifically produced or modified for an individual customer. A standard product from our catalogue is not considered a custom-made product solely because it is manufactured or assembled after an order has been placed. For services, the right of withdrawal may also cease once the service has been fully performed, provided that performance began with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal would be lost once the service was fully completed. These exceptions do not affect your statutory rights in relation to defective, damaged or non-conforming goods.

 ### Condition of Returned Goods

You may inspect the goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be held responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling or use that goes beyond what would reasonably be necessary to inspect the goods. This may include, where applicable, damage, installation marks, machining marks, contamination or other signs of use resulting from installation or operation of the product.
